Now, customers have to create a log in password and a transaction password. The customer should enter the login password with the e-mail id and click OK.

A confirmation message is sent to the customer’s register mobile number with the new user ID.

The customer must register it for the first time login. However, it will become active after a period of two business days. If the user tries to log in before activating the ID, the system will only show an error message.

This bank establish on 6 January 1943 with its head office in Kolkata.
